This place suits me perfectly! I love the full kitchen, indoor pool, and friendly staff. On my first visit, they helped me find my lost necklace, and it impressed me. Tip, Book activities in advance! I'm coming back for Christmas.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. We saw stains on the bedsheets & pillows. The tub had stains which my kids believed was human excrement & refused to go in without flip-flops. I hope the stain was rust or hard water stain. Did not offer a turn-key or occasional cleaning, it was a miserable experience and I will never return to the hotel or even stay at any Wyndham hotel. I also wonder if this is the type of room(s) reserved for your guest!
Everything! Worst Hotel ever! It was a dump!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very nice. I like having a washer/dryer in our room. Our one bedroom with a sleeper sofa was perfect for my husband and me and our son. It was nicely decorated too.
I wish the kitchenette had a toaster of toaster oven.

The staff was wonderful, and the suite was very cozy and very comfortable. The beds were the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel . Check in and check out process was very smooth and we will stay there again in the future. The location was wonderful.

excercise activities and the room was really clean
I booked this room online and booked the wrong room type. I did not have a problem paying more for the room but the clerk would not help me. claimed they could not and no rooms available. I called the online booking and she said she would call the hotel but did not. It would have been pretty simple for the clerk to call the online company and help me make this change there were rooms other rooms available. I did not push the issue but i did not feel the clerk was helpful and i did not get what i was looking forward to.

It was a clean room with plenty of space.
The staff was not very friendly. They were actually quite rude. The hotel has sepearte condo units. I thought it was a hotel with a lobby. I would have rather stayed in a "traditional" hotel where everything is under one roof. Your website didn't clarify how it was laid out.

Did not like the so called 1-bedroom unit I had too small was not a 1- bedroom as I was promised, will not go back. Have stayed in a 1- bedroom at this resort, this unit I had was considered a mini 1- bedroom, never again. I did not receive the unit I was promised, sincerely joseph T. gillespie

I have been here before so knew what to expect & wasn't dissapointed!! the weather was beautiful during our stay so thats always a plus, love the pool on the Elmont side most..beautiful on the hillside overlooking the city but you feel like ur in the mountains, just love it!! the units & grounds are very well maintained & appreciate so much that all of the amenities are up & working as they "should" be!!! the units are beautifully decorated & very comfy with all the necessities.. hope to be back many more times!!!
did not appreciate that we asked for a new vaccuum on our 2nd day & was told someone would bring one up & that didn't happen, ours was broken or we would have used it to help with cleanliness of the room! other than that it was a great 6 nights!!

We loved the size of our room. The kitchen was well stocked with the basics. There was plenty of towels in the bathroom. We liked the DVD player that was included with the room.. The patio was a nice size. It was nice to have an indoor pool for our 5 year old to release some energy in even though it was cold outside The decor was updated but very comfortable. We hope to come back in the summer and take advantage of the other ammenities. We wished we had planned to stay at least one more day!

The condo was really nice and plenty of room.
They said we could get our money back that we paid for the room for both nights. We went to the seminar which lasted over an hour. They said the only way we can get our money back was to buy a timeshare. They only gave us a $25.00 gift card. I paid alot for the condo per night, if I had know that I wouldn't have wasted my time.
